Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Community Health Officer vide order dated 16.03.2026, yet posting has not been given to the petitioner as per preference filled by the petitioner at the time of counselling.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation with regard to his grievances before the Competent Authority.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority, in case, any such representation is made, same shall be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
