Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to move representation before the respondent No.1 for redressal of their grievance within a period of four weeks and thereafter, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of representation.
