Judgment : S.M.Subramaniam J. Writ Order dated 10.11.2025 made in W.P.No.41124 of 2025 is under challenge in the present Intra Court Appeal instituted under Clause 15 of the LETTERS PATENT . Writ Petitioner is the appellant herein. 2. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that his request to categorize the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant as Skilled Government service posts and to regularise the scale of pay with all consequential promotional and monetary benefits was declined both by Authorities as well as by Writ Court. 3. Relief sought for in the writ petition is misconceived for the reason that declaration of a post as skilled or unskilled is a policy decision to be taken by the Government. In the present case, Writ Court made a finding that the post of Assistant in the Animal Husbandry Department does not require an ITI qualification (Technical Qualification). Therefore, the said post cannot be compared with trade or technical posts, as it does not involve any specialized technical skill. Thus, the request of the writ petitioner / appellant herein was rejected by the competent authority. Writ Court also considered this aspect and dismissed the writ petition. 4. This Court does not find any acceptable reason for re-consideration of the decision of Writ Court. Consequently, the present Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
