When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation to the concerned respondent and with further direction to the respondent to decide the representation expeditiously. 3. Without making any observation on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that if any such representation is filed by the petitioner to the Competent Authority within a period of four weeks from today, then, let appropriate call be taken on the representation within 12 weeks as from the date of receipt thereof.
