Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam and Mr. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicants seeking correction of cause title of the connected PIL No. 52/2025 (since disposed of), so far it relates to the address of the respondent No. 4. Page No.# 4/4 3. In the cause title of the PIL, the address of the respondent No. 4 is typed as “Community Hall, Shonamukhi Bazar, Village- Dudhnath, P.O.-Tilapara, District- Dhubri, Assam, PIN-783341” instead of “Bilasipara Town, P.O. Bilasipara, District-Dhubri, Assam, PIN-783348”. 4. The learned counsel for the State respondents ascertains such mistake. 5. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that prayer made in this application is required to be allowed. 6. Accordingly, the present application is allowed permitting the learned counsel for the applicants to rectify the typographical error by submitting a fresh memo of appeal before the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. 7. Accordingly, the order dated 12.11.2025 passed in PIL No. 52/2025 (since disposed of) stands corrected to the extent noted hereinabove. 8.
