IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.03.2022 for the employment under compassionate grounds, for the death of her deceased mother namely S Parveen Begum, who died on 23.04.2021, while she was in service as office sub- ordinate before 3rd Respondent office pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other orders.
IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to implead the proposed respondent No.4 as the respondent No.4 in the main Writ Petition in W.P No.25087 of 2025 or otherwise I may be put to irreparable loss and hardship and pass such other orders.
