JUDGMENT : K. KUMARESH BABU, J. These suits have been filed for permanent injunction and for other consequential reliefs. 2. In the seven(7) suits, separate memos have been filed by the respective counsels appearing for the plaintiffs in the suits indicating that they have been instructed by the plaintiffs to withdraw the suits, in view of the developments that had taken place in the interregnum. In C.S. Nos. 118 of 2022 and 62 of 2023 along with the memo, the letter issued by the respective plaintiffs had also been placed on record. Memos are recorded and the suits are permitted to be withdrawn. 3. Accordingly, these suits are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected applications are closed. No order as to costs. 4. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as applicable.
