ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no. 2 in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026. It is submitted that the petitioner brought to the notice of the respondent no. 2 about the illegal encroachments on the public road which has rendered the 12 feet passage of a 6 feet passage making it impossible for even two wheelers to pass through.
2. In this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent no. 2. However the respondent No.2 has so far not taken up any action.
3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 on receipt of written instructions submits that the respondent no.2 has already taken up the issue and that a physical site survey is scheduled to be conducted in coordination with the mandal surveyor the survey report would identify any encroachments on the passage and the encroachments on the passage which are identified in the survey shall be removed and the public road to its original width of 12 feet shall be restored.
4. Recording the submissions of writ petition stands disposed of, however making it clear to the respondent no. 2 that the process of completion of survey in coordination and the other officials shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of order.

5. It is further observed that appropriate steps to be taken for restoring the passage by removing the encroachments if any found in the survey. With this observation writ petition stands disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
