No. 15212 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2. By filing this interim application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 32 days in filing the C.M.P for restoration of L.P.A. (Filing) No.1851 of 2025. 3. The C.M.P seeks recall of our order dated 29.07.2025 dismissing L.P.A. (Filing) No.1851 of 2025 for non-prosecution to a self-operative order. 4. The delay of 32 days is well explained and the same constitutes sufficient cause. Therefore, the delay is condoned and the instant interim application is disposed of. 5. The reasons stated in the above interim application and the C.M.P are not vastly different. In any event, the difficulties 2026:JHHC:1499-DB due to which the objections could not be cleared within the time granted by this Court, have been set out and the same, need to be appreciated. 6. Accordingly, we recall our order dated 29.07.2025 and restore L.P.A (Filing) No. 1851 of 2025. 7. Learned counsel for the applicants now assures the Court that the office objections would be cleared within four weeks from today without giving any excuses. If the office objections are not cleared within four weeks, then, the appeal, once again would stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to this Court. 8.
