Issue a Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the impugned order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi in Miscellaneous Application No. 74 of 2025 in T.A. No. 1723 of 2022; b. Issue a Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the ex-parte final order dated 15.02.2025 and the consequential Recovery Certificate No. 127/2025 issued in T.A. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, as the impugned order is passed by a Tribunal. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition along with pending applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law.
