Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is not present. 2. It is submitted that respondent No.2 is the Union of workmen of the petitioner-Establishment. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents jointly submit that the dispute concerning 7 workmen named in paragraph No.5 of the memo. Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is settled. 3. It is further submitted that, the terms of the settlement are indicated in the petition. It is submitted that the amount payable pursuant to the settlement is reflected in documents No.5 to 11. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that 7 persons mentioned in the joint memo at paragraph No.5 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24417 WP No. 1684 of 2021 are the members of the respondent No.2- Union and the Union is agreeable to the proposal made by the petitioner to pay the amount as reflected in documents No.5 to 11 annexed to the memo. 5. Submission of both the counsel are placed on record. 6. The memo is signed by the Union leaders, the petitioner-Management as well as the respective counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2. It is taken on record. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 8. It is made clear that the petitioner and respondents shall appear before the Tribunal where the dispute is pending and on receipt of the amount reflected in documents No.5 to 11, the said pending dispute shall be closed. 9.
