GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Gaggubati Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vineeth Appasani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, for the respondents 1 to 5. The notice in respect of the 6th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is passed affecting the interest of the 6th respondent. 2. The petitioner was temporarily appointed as the Dealer for F.P. Shop No.737021, Thimmapuram Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District vide R.C.No.1324/2024-G dated 30.07.2024 (Ex.P1). Though the period of appointment was for three (03) months, the authority allowed the petitioner to continue the distribution of commodities to the cardholders. 3. Be that as it may, respondents 2 and 3 stopped the supply of commodities to the shop without issuing any notice. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, due to political fluctuations in the village, some members of a rival group made a complaint against the petitioner. The 3rd respondent addressed a letter to the 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.441/2026-2 dated 24.03.2026 (Ex.P7) and thereafter entrusted the dealership to the Women Police, Thimmapuram Village, as temporary in-charge dealer for the smooth distribution of the stock. 5. In fact, the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar issued a notice vide Rc.No.66/2026-A dated 20.03.2026 (Ex.P4) without any authority. Hence, this Court is not going into that aspect at this juncture. 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would fairly submit that the proceedings under Ex.P1 have neither been revoked nor suspended to date by the 2nd respondent. No valid notice was issued. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, though the petitioner was appointed temporarily, however, allowed to continue to date. In the absence of any order of revocation by the authority, the petitioner shall not be obstructed from supplying commodities to the villagers. The respondents 2 and 3 shall allow the petitioner to supply commodities to the villagers in respect of the F.P. Shop No.737021, Thimmapuram Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
