This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 36 days in filing of this appeal. No.1844 of 2026 stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No.171 of 2026 4. This appeal is directed against the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the learned A.J.C-XVIII, Ranchi in B.P. No.1209 of 2025 in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No.33 of 2014(s), whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. (2026:JHHC:6242-DB) 5. It has been alleged that there was an exchange of firing between the police personnel and the extremists and three extremists were apprehended at the spot and several incriminating articles were recovered. 6. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the apprehended accused persons. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 26.06.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 8. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant, we, while setting aside the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the learned A.J.C-XVIII, Ranchi in B.P. No.1209 of 2025 in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No.33 of 2014(s), direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 9.
