Heard Mr. Shobhit Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing. 2. By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: - “i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Presiding Officer, Education Tribunal, Dehradun/ Ld. District Judge, Dehradun, to expedite and decide Misc. Appeal No. 46 of 2019 (Annexure No. 3(colly.); pages 15 to 80) within a time-bound period, preferably within two (02) months, in letter and spirit of T.M.A. Pal Foundation and Others v. State of Karnataka and Others, (2002) 8 SCC 481, and in consonance with the timeline indicated by this Hon'ble Court in D.A.V. College Managing Committee and Others v. Smt. Anuradha Gupta and Another, WPMS No. 2119 of 2018; II. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity, or good conscience.” 3. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Presiding Officer, Education Tribunal, Dehradun/ Ld. District Judge, Dehradun, to expedite the Misc. Appeal No.46 of 2019, as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
