The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.360 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and in the case filed by the petitioner’s side, firing was also made by the informant family member, namely, Ajay Yadav and he has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi along with another accused. He further submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and same allegation is made against the petitioner. He next submits that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge, however, his

anticipatory bail has been rejected.
4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of firing was against the petitioner.

Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and the allegation of firing is against the petitioner but nobody was injured and in the case lodged by the petitioner’s side, the allegation was made of firing by one Ajay Kumar @ Ajay Yadav @ Lalu of firing and he has been granted anticipatory bail by learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in ABP No.2518 of 2025 and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.360 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
