This Court, vide order dated 07.08.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5200 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Intijar Choudhary, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi=ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District- KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Surguja (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 07.02.2026 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. After examination of the prosecution witnesses, the statement of the accused persons under law is required to be recorded and thereafter the matter is required to be =xed for =nal arguments. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that an additional period of six months may kindly be granted for the disposal of the case. 5. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 04 months time for concluding the trial from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o6 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
