Heard the parties. 2. The only prayer made by the petitioner, in this writ application is to direct the respondent No.3 who is Sub-Divisional Officer, Giridih to decide Case No.66/2015 which is pending before Sub-Divisional Officer, Giridih, as early as possible. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the proceeding was initiated under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. and thereafter converted to under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., but the Sub-Divisional Officer, Giridih has not passed any final order on the same. Though it was filed in the year 2015. 4. It is really surprising as to why a petition under section 145 of Cr.P.C. is kept pending for more than 10 years. 5. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Giridih is thus, directed to disposed of the application as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and will handover the certified copy of the order to the parties concerned. 2026:JHHC:7229 2 6.
