The grievance of the petitioner is that despite issuance of transfer order dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner is not being relieved to enable him to join the station to which he stands transferred. 3. The petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be deemed to have been relieved on the strength of this order itself passed by the Court today and he will be at liberty to join the transferred station on the basis of this Court order. If any of the authorities does not comply with the direction passed by this Court today in the present petition, the same shall be construed as contempt of the Court. 4.
