2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation stands completed and has resulted in a charge sheet vide CS No.36/26 dated 31.03.2026.
3. In view of the aforesaid development and as agreed to by the
learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the learned trial court for regular bail and upon doing so, the same may be
disposed of accordingly also keeping in mind the stage of the case and after complying with the other procedural formalities.
