JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 02/04/2026 1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15860/2025, which is being quoted hereunder:- "1. By an appropriate order or direction, the Impugned Transfer order dated 03-10-2025 passed by the Respondent No.2 may kindly be quashed and set aside or modify to the extent of deletion of Serial No. 161 in the Transfer Order. 2. By an appropriate order or direction, the Respondent may be directed to allow the Petitioner to continue to work at Village Court, Sambher Lake, Jaipur District without any disturbance and with regular payment of salary and all other benefit from the aforesaid place of posting. 3. By an appropriate order or direction, the Respondent may be directed that no disciplinary proceeding should be initiate against the Petitioner [2026:RJ-JP:13799] (2 of 2) [CW-6028/2026] under the CCA Rules till the pending of the Petition filed before the Hon'ble Court." 2. Mr. Shailesh Prakash Sharma accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and put in appearance on basis of advance copy. 3. Having considered the submission, the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to respondents. 4. Considered the grievance raised herein, the petitioner is given a liberty to submit a representation to respondent within a period of two weeks raising all grounds. The respondents are directed to decide the representation with a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from date of receipt of representation. After passing the order, the respondents are under an obligation to communicate the decision to the petitioner either by way of speed post or through Email, if petitioner has provided E-mail in his representation. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he has right to re-approach the court with fresh petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition along with pending application(s), if any also stands disposed of." 2. Learned counsel for the respondents also does not dispute that in the similar matters, above order has been passed by the Co-ordinate Bench. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms and with the same directions which have been issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.11.2025 passed in S.B.
