District and pass such other order…” 2. On the earlier occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was adjourned from time to time. As there has been no representation despite repeated adjournments, the matter was posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat in Lok Adalat Case No.348350 of 2022, vide Award dated 07.05.2022, passed by the Lok Adalat Bench, Proddatur. A copy of the said Award is placed on record. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
