Order 09/04/2026 1 This anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 467/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Bundi, District Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 352 BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Charge-sheet has already been filed. He further submits that the main allegation is against co-accused Hemraj and he is already enlarged on regular bail by the trial Court itself on 06.01.2026. There are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner. The alleged offence is triable by Magistrate; conclusion of trial may take a long time, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by son of accused-petitioner for the petitioner hereinabove.
4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that charge-sheet has already been filed; the main allegation is against co-accused Hemraj and he is already enlarged on regular bail by the trial Court itself on
06.01.2026. There are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner; matter is triable by Magistrate; trial is likely to take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Kaleem Khan S/o Rasool Khan, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station in FIR No. 467/2025 on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and; (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
