Tripathi, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 17/2020. It has been alleged that the mother of the informant was found burnt to death. Submission has been advanced by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that as per the postmortem report the cause of death was asphyxia due to strangulation and so far as the burn injuries are concerned, they were postmortem. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the deceased and it has come in course of investigation that the relationship between the deceased and her family members were cordial. It has, therefore, been submitted that only on account of suspicion the petitioner has been implicated. Learned Senior Counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated on the basis of suspicion, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
