(MD)No.581 of 2026 dated 08.06.2026. 2. This Court, while granting bail in Crl.A.(MD)No.581 of 2026, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 32 days. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of his family. Since the petitioner is presently staying at Chennai, his family is facing financial hardship. Therefore, the petitioner seeks modification of the said condition. The petitioner is willing to appear before any police station within Virudhunagar District. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No. 581 of 2026 dated 08.06.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties, for his availability pending trial, before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station. 5.
