No.19550 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings initiated by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/2030/2026 dated 24.06.2026 and quash the same. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that the second respondent has submitted an application seeking rectification of the UDR error. However, the impugned proceedings have been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. According to the petitioner, the competent authority to consider the said application is the District Revenue Officer. 3. In view of the above, the District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, is suo motu impleaded as the third respondent. The impugned proceeding dated 24.06.2026 passed by the first respondent is set aside and the matter is remitted to the third respondent for fresh consideration.
