This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 21.08.2023 passed by respondent No. 2/ District Magistrate, Raipur by which the proceeding under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been initiated against them. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an exparte order has been passed against the petitioners against that they have preferred an application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur which has been registered as SA No. 819/2024 but the same has not been reached to its logical end. 3. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner can very well take recourse to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal by preferring an appeal. 4. In view of the aforesaid remedy available to the petitioners, this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
