The present contempt petition has been preferred alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18/03/2024 passed in Writ B No. 1107 of 2024 which required the opposite party to consider the application of the applicant. 3. Today instructions have been produced, according to which, on 07/09/2026 judgement has been reserved. 4. In view of the same, the contempt application has outlived its utility, thus, the contempt application stands consigned to record, leaving it open to the applicant to again approach as and when the occasion arises in that regard. 5.
