Petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- 50% of the fine amount, and the remaining 4,20,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in 6 installments and the details of payment mentioned below: (i) Rs.70,000/- on 15.05.2026 (ii) Rs.70,000/- on 15.06.2026 (iii)Rs.70,000/- on 15.07.2026 (iv) Rs.70,000/- on 15.08.2026 (v) Rs.70,000/- on 15.09.2026 (vi) Rs.70,000/- on 15.10.2026 Hence in view of the same, petitioner begs this Hon’ble Court be pleased to take this joint memo on record and dispose the above matter as settled in the interest of justice.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22829 CRL.RP No. 1851 of 2025 2.
