ORAL ORDER
After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo, which reads as under:
“The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner intends to settle the matter amicably and hence, has obliged to pay the fine amount order by the trial court for sum of Rs.8,45,000/- payable to the respondent. Petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- 50% of the fine amount, and the remaining 4,20,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in 6 installments and the details of payment mentioned below:
(i) Rs.70,000/- on 15.05.2026 (ii) Rs.70,000/- on 15.06.2026 (iii)Rs.70,000/- on 15.07.2026 (iv) Rs.70,000/- on 15.08.2026 (v) Rs.70,000/- on 15.09.2026 (vi) Rs.70,000/- on 15.10.2026
Hence in view of the same, petitioner begs this Hon’ble Court be pleased to take this joint memo on record and dispose the above matter as settled in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the respondent has endorsed no objection on the memo.
3. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands
disposed of.
4. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
5. It is made clear that, if any one of the installment as agreed in the memo is not paid, revision petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the learned Judge in the First Appellate Court.
