He, however, submits that salary of petitioner has not been disbursed, therefore, he may be permitted to submit fresh representation in that regard before the competent authority. 2. Considering that the order under contempt has been complied with by respondents, contempt proceeding initiated against the respondents is dropped and notice of contempt stands discharged. 3.
