The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 310(3)/311 of B.N.S in connection with S. T. Case No. 465 of 2025 corresponding to Chanho PS Case No. 40 of 2025. In this case charge has also been framed for the offence under Sections 310(3)/3(5)/311/3(5)/317(3)/3(5) of B.N.S and under Sections 25(1- A/35, 25(1-B)a/35, 26/35, 27(3)/35 of the Arms Act pending before the Court of A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that after framing of charge no single witness has been examined in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025. As such he submits that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he is involved in the commission of dacoity and murder of the deceased 2026:JHHC:5103 2 persons. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
