(MD) No. 656 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 on the file of this Court. 2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the Criminal Revision Case before this Court challenging the order dated 30.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.443 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ponnmaravathi. Pursuant thereto, this Court, by order dated 15.04.2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.656 of 2026, allowed the said Revision Case subject to certain conditions. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that this Court, by order dated 15.04.2026, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of Aishwaryam Trust, Indian Bank, Tirunagar Branch, Madurai. He further submitted that the petitioner belongs to a very poor family and, due to his financial hardship, he is unable to deposit the said amount as directed by this Court. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. 5. This Court allowed the said Criminal Revision Case on 15.04.2026, subject to certain conditions. However, the petitioner, without complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, has directly filed the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking modification of those conditions. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 15.07.2026 gvn To 1.
