The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the respondents 3 to 5. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner herself given a statement in writing, expressing that she would resolve her problem by approaching the appropriate civil Court and no criminal action is warranted. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.
