DESAI Date : 12/03/2026 ORAL ORDER By way of the present application, the applicant seeks restoration of F/Special Civil Application No.21834 of 2025 which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections vide order dated 20.11.2025 as the applicant could not remove the office objections within the time granted by this Court. The applicant also prayed to condone delay of 20 days caused in filing the present application. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant would submit that the applicant shall remove the office objections within the time that may be granted by this Court. Hence, the present application may be allowed. 3. I have heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and perused the memo of application. I am of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, the same is allowed.
