The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No.300 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 308(3), 75(3), 77, 352 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 12 of POCSO Act and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T. Act pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. In the FIR it is alleged that the petitioner has taken the video of the informant and has demanded Rs.1 lakh from the son of the informant and threatened that if the amount will not be paid the said video will be made viral by the petitioner. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
