This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P. No.36 of 2024, from the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Kurnool District to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Darsi, Prakasam District. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Hemanth Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought in the present petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary. 3. Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
