Mohapatra, learned counsel for opposite parties – Bank. 2. Admittedly the petitioner is a defaulter in respect of the loan amount taken by him to purchase the vehicle, i.e. Hyundai Creta. It is seen that the vehicle was seized on 25th October, 2025 as per Annexure-3 and now the vehicle is noticed to be auctioned on 26th February, 2026 as per Annexure-1. 3. Upon hearing both parties and taking note of the fact that the auction is fixed to 26th February, 2026, the writ petition is disposed of granting last opportunity to the petitioner to repay all outstanding dues before the auction starts.
