CMP No. 4149 of 2026 By way of present application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed for revival of the execution petition. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.04.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, and copies of order dated 24.04.2026 and 25.04.2026, passed by Deputy Director of School Education (Elem.) Solan, Distt. Solan (HP) and Deputy Director School Education (Elem.) Shimla, Distt. Shimla, H.P., respectively. The same are taken on record. A perusal of orders dated 24.04.2026 and 25.04.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court on 18.09.2025, in CWP No.15023 of 2025, titled, Manoj Kumar & others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the arrears on account of granting the benefits have not been released in favour of the petitioners. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in case the consequential benefits have not been released in favour of the petitioners, the same shall be released in their favour within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that in case the arrears are not released during the stipulated period as directed by this Court, the applicants/petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh application for revival of the execution petition.
