Mr. S. Hoque, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re-file the same, taking into account that the petitioner failed to seek certain reliefs which were necessary for proper and effective adjudication of the present dispute. The learned counsel, therefore, submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re-file.
