Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant opposes the prayer for bail. Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim under section 183 of the BNSS. Having considered the stage of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner be better advised to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.
