The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above Civil Revision Petition was filed complaining of the inaction of the trial Court in disposing of I.A.No.445 of 2023 in O.S.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Piler, filed under Order IX Rule 9 and Section 151 of CPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit, filed by the revision petitioners, being the plaintiffs, was dismissed for default on 28.06.2023. Thereafter, an interlocutory application was filed vide I.A.No.445 of 2023. However, the application has not been disposed of so far. 3. The docket proceedings filed along with the Civil Revision Petition would indicate that the I.A.No.445 of 2023 was adjourned on several occasions for various reasons. However, the I.A. has not been disposed of to date. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into all other aspects, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned trial Court or in-charge Court to dispose of I.A.No.445 of 2023 in O.S.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Piler, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
