Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2024 in WP(C) No.1547/2025 has been complied with. Accordingly, he submits that the present contempt petition be closed. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that order of violation which has been alleged in the present contempt petition having been complied with albeit belatedly, the present contempt petition stands closed.
