The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No. 148/2025 registered at Police Station Paniyala, District Kotputli-Behror for offence under Sections 305(b) of BNS 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner is a supervisor of contractor Bhupendra. He further submits that the petitioner has no connection with renewal of the material. Counsel also submits that accused-petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2026 and there is no other criminal case is registered against him, therefore, he may be released on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and [2026:RJ-JP:16203] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5645/2026] circumstances of the case and so also the fact that he is in custody since 25.03.2026 and offence is being triable my Magistrate, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the present bail application is allowed and it is directed that the accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lax Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
