According to him, he was earlier posted in Bhingrara (Champawat) for five years. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that after serving at durgam places continuously for more than 17 years, he is now entitled for transfer to sugam place. In this regard, petitioner has made representation to the Director, Secondary Education. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Director concerned be asked to take decision on the representation. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Director, Secondary Education to take decision on representation dated 20.04.2026 submitted by petitioner as per law, within six weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
