JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 13/03/2026 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to avail the alternative remedy of appeal provided under Section 6 of The Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989 to [2026:RJ-JP:10660] (2 of 2) [CW-4535/2026] challenge the order dated 01.12.2025 by which the recommendation of the petitioner institution has been withdrawn In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority to challenge the impugned order dated 01.12.2025. Looking to the fact that instead of filing an appeal, the petitioner has chosen to file this writ petition, the Court deems just and proper to observe that in case the petitioner prefers an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 10 days from today, same may be treated to be filed within the limitation period and be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the appeal.
