The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B and 34 of IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the FIR is essentially against the Company and its Directors for collection/ misappropriation of Investors’ funds. The petitioner’s role is limited to clerical/ operational/ execution of routine job and there is no allegation of personal gain or conspiracy. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.09.2025 but in the impugned order the same has been mentioned as 09.10.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court. 4. Learned P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation against the petitioner; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on 2026:JHHC:7377 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Jamshedpur in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
