The instant I.A. has been file by the applicant/appellant praying for suspension of the judgment and award dated 12.11.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur, Tezpur in MAC Case No. 68/2019, whereby the learned Tribunal was pleased to award a sum of Rs. 11,51,000/- with interest 5% per annum and fastened the entire liability upon the present applicant. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant herein despite connected the appeal against the impugned judgment and award, wherein certain good grounds for appeal, which is likely to succeed. Therefore, if the impugned judgment and award is not suspended, pending disposal of the appeal, the applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. 4.
