Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration for admission, Mr.P.F.Ferlin Castro, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have already issued a seniority list on 04.06.2026 and they have also taken necessary steps for allotment of duties on rotational basis to the Drivers and Conductors in terms of Clause 32 of the 12(3) Settlement dated 06.02.2008 and the same is going to be implemented from tomorrow i.e., 17.07.2026 onwards. 3. In the light of the above, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and accordingly, the same is closed duly placing on record the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and further directing the respondents to strictly give effect to Clause 32 of the 12(3) Settlement dated 06.02.2008.
