1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance which is no longer res integra in view of the orders/judgments placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue regarding securing less than 50% marks in Post Graduation has already been decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3964/2011, titled as 'Kanhaiya Lal Meena vs. The Managing Director, SBBJ & Ors.', vide
judgment dated 28.03.2011. It is further submitted that a similar
[2026:RJ-JP:15016] (2 of 2) [CW-15854/2025] controversy has already been decided by the Hon’ble Apex Court in 'Neeraj Kumar Rai & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Ors.' (Civil Appeal No. 9732/2017), vide order dated 25.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents submit that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments.
4. In view of above, this writ petition is allowed. In terms of the Kanhaiya Lal Meena (supra), the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 stands quashed and set aside.
