Sinha, Advocate For the O.P.- State : Mr. Anup Pawan Topno, A.P.P. 04/20.02.2026 The present Cr.M.P. has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed in B.A. No. 10256 of 2023 with regards to the conditions imposed by the Court while granting regular bail to the applicant namely Shankar Mandal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the applicant Shankar Mandal was granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2024 with conditions i.e., “one of the bailors will be the father of this applicant and the applicant will report to the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of trial.” 3. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is poor person and works in a hotel outside the district, as such, it is difficult for him to report to the concerned police station every month. Further, it has been stated that trial in the instant case has not yet commenced. 4. Therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 27.02.2024 may be modified by waiving off the condition regarding reporting to the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of trial. 5. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reason assigned in the present Cr.M.P., the order 2026:JHHC:5230 2 Cr.M.P. No. 180 of 2026 dated 27.02.2024 passed in B.A. No. 10256 of 2023 is modified up to the extent by waiving off the condition “applicant will report to the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of trial”.
