The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents police seeking recovery of jewels. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the respondents 3 to 9, notice to them is dispensed with. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation in this regard before the second respondent and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to issue notices to both the petitioner and the private respondents under Section 64 of the BNSS, conduct an enquiry, and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
